Zenith Bank – ZMoney Campaign

Lustre Africa partnered with Zenith Bank Plc to execute a large-scale digital campaign for user onboarding through its agency financial product — ZMoney. Designed to onboard over 300,000 new account holders, the campaign needed to bridge the gap between formal banking and digitally native African youth.

To achieve this, we developed a multi-layered storytelling strategy centered around relatable peer narratives, animated explainer content, and simplified product walkthroughs. The campaign was positioned to demystify digital banking and present ZMoney not just as a tool, but as a lifestyle companion — empowering financial access, savings, and entrepreneurship among young people.

We executed a highly targeted digital rollout across social platforms, influencer collaborations, mobile-first ads, and community-based activation strategies — each optimized for conversion. Every asset created was infused with local language nuances, social relevance, and a sense of aspiration that matched the energy of the target audience.
